A Life Dedicated to the Sea
Adrian began his sailing journey at age 23 in Florida in 2004. Since setting foot on the deck of his first boat, he has lived continuously aboard sailing vessels, rarely stepping off the water for more than 48 hours at a time.
His early voyages took him through the Gulf of Mexico, testing tactics along the coastal keys and barrier reefs of Florida. From there, he navigated south into the western Caribbean Sea—spending extensive years exploring Mexico, Honduras, Costa Rica, and Panama.

From River Jungle Explorations to High Latitudes
The Darien Jungle Rivers
Navigated small expeditions deep into the remote, jungle-covered tributaries of Central America, ascending the Tuira and Sabana rivers in the Darien region of Panama—far beyond the reach of conventional yachts.
Pitcairn & Robinson Crusoe
Skippered deep South Pacific crossings, anchoring off the treacherous open roadstead of Pitcairn Island to visit the descendants of the Bounty mutineers, before pushing south to Robinson Crusoe Island and southern Chile.
French Polynesia & Tuamotus
Based in French Polynesia, Adrian currently skippers S/V Attila through the coral passes of the Tuamotus, Gambier, and Marquesas—sharing unvarnished seamanship and navigation skills with aspiring offshore sailors.
